By accessing or using Guitar Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Guitar Flow is a web-based tool for creating chord diagrams and fretboard visualizations. We offer both free trial access and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices may change for new subscribers, but existing subscribers keep their rate.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not available, but you may cancel at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the service for illegal purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The chord diagrams and content you create using Guitar Flow belong to you. Guitar Flow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Any active subscription will be cancelled.

10. Limitation of Liability

Guitar Flow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
